Humidity and Solar Radiation

Small changes are projected for solar radiation and relative humidity for the near future (2030). Later in the century (2090), there is high confidence in projected increased winter and spring radiation (related to decreases in cloudiness associated with reduced rainfall) along with a projected decrease for relative humidity.
